About Us

We are a focused team of engineers, designers, and operators who believe AI should work for every business — not just the ones with a $10M engineering budget.

We started Orbit Prism because we kept seeing the same problem: companies paying for AI tools they couldn't use, and agencies selling AI strategies no one could implement. The gap between "AI is the future" and "our team actually runs on AI" was enormous — and nobody was bridging it honestly.

So we built a studio that does the unglamorous work. We spend time inside your stack before we write a line of anything. We map the real workflows, talk to the people doing the actual jobs, and build automations that earn their place — not ones that look good in a demo and break on day three.

Our team comes from engineering, product, and operations backgrounds. We've built software, run teams, and managed the kind of messy reality that most AI vendors pretend doesn't exist. That's why we work the way we do: fixed scopes, honest timelines, and code you own the day we hand it over.

Today Orbit Prism builds AI workflows, operating systems, edge hardware, IoT systems, and training programs for companies across North America. We're still small by design — every client works directly with the engineers building their product, not a layer of account managers.

Our Mission

At Orbit Prism, we provide tailored AI automation and hardware solutions that boost efficiency, drive innovation, and support sustainable growth. We help businesses of every size replace manual overhead with intelligent systems — so their teams can focus on the work that actually requires a human.

[ OUR VALUES ]

What drives us forward

01
Excellence

We hold ourselves to the highest standards in every client engagement — from the first scoping call to the final handoff. Good enough is never shipped.

02
Innovation

We embrace modern AI approaches and emerging technology to deliver solutions that give our clients a real competitive edge — not yesterday's tools dressed up as new ones.

03
Integrity

Built on trust and radical transparency. We tell you what we can build, what we can't, how long it will take, and exactly what it will cost — before we start.

04
Client Centricity

Your success is our metric. We tailor every automation, system, and training programme to your specific workflows, team, and goals — not a template.

What we stand for

Built with purpose.
Run with integrity.

Clarity over complexity

We make AI understandable — and actually usable.

AI shouldn't require a PhD to deploy or a dedicated team to maintain. We design for the operator who needs it to work on Monday morning, not for the conference stage.

  • Plain-language scope documents before every build
  • No black-box models your team can't audit
  • Runbooks and documentation shipped with every project
Ownership by default

You own everything we build. Full stop.

No lock-in. No recurring license on the code we write. No proprietary platform you're stuck on. The day we hand over the project, every file, credential, and workflow belongs to you.

  • Full IP transfer on every engagement
  • No vendor lock-in to Orbit Prism tooling
  • Open-standard tech stack throughout
Speed without shortcuts

We move fast because we prepare properly.

Our median time from audit to first production pilot is 17 days. That's not because we cut corners — it's because we spend the first week locking down scope so the build sprint never stalls.

  • Acceptance criteria written before any code
  • Pilot in staging by week two on every project
  • 30-day support window included at no extra cost
The people

Talk to an Expert
Where is Orbit Prism based? +

We're based in Toronto, Canada. We work with clients across North America and internationally — most of our engagements are fully remote, though we do on-site workshops for hardware installations and in-person training programmes.

Do you only work with large enterprises? +

No. We work with companies from Series A startups to established enterprises. The right fit is a team with a real workflow problem and the buy-in to actually implement the solution — size is less important than readiness.

How is Orbit Prism different from a typical AI agency? +

Most AI agencies sell strategy decks and then outsource the build. We're an engineering studio — the people on your scoping call are the people writing your code. We also give you full IP ownership on day one and don't lock you into proprietary platforms.

What industries do you specialise in? +

Logistics, professional services, manufacturing, healthcare operations, and e-commerce are our most common verticals. That said, our methodology is process-first — if you have a workflow that humans currently do manually and repeatedly, we can almost certainly automate it.

Do you offer post-project support? +

Every project ships with 30 days of included support. After that you can move to a monthly retainer for ongoing builds and maintenance, or a pay-per-incident plan for lighter needs. Most clients roll into a retainer to keep compounding the automation.
