AI Agent Development

Automate the work
your team shouldn't be doing.

We audit your operations, map every manual process, and install AI Agents that run 24/7 — so your team focuses on the work that actually requires a human.

Step 01 · AI Audit

We map every leak before we write a single line of automation.

Before anything is built, we spend a week inside your stack — interviewing your team, logging every manual handoff, and scoring each process for AI readiness.

  • Map all existing tools, triggers & handoffs
  • Identify revenue and time bottlenecks
  • Score AI readiness per workflow and department
  • Deliver a prioritized automation roadmap
  • Set acceptance criteria before any build starts

Step 02 · Client Onboarding

Onboarding that gets your team running in days, not months.

Once the audit is signed off, we move fast. Your named pod is assigned on day one and everything — credentials, channels, environments — is set up before the first build sprint begins.

  • Named pod: 2 engineers + 1 lead, assigned day one
  • Slack channel + Linear project opened immediately
  • All tool access and API keys collected in week one
  • Acceptance criteria locked before any code is written
  • Weekly async updates + fortnightly live reviews

AI Agent Development

A custom AI agent that works your business, not a demo of one.

Once your workflows are mapped, we design and build a purpose-built AI agent for your business — trained on your data, wired into your tools, and handling real tasks end to end. What ships is a working teammate, not a chatbot widget.

  • Custom agent scoped to your highest-leverage workflow
  • Connected to your CRM, helpdesk, and internal tools
  • Handles conversations, lookups, and actions autonomously
  • Monitored dashboard with accuracy and volume tracking
  • Escalates to a human only when it should

We're here to help you make the right decision — jump on a 20-minute call with the lead who would actually run your project.

Talk to an expert
How do I know which engagement is right for me?

If you have one well-scoped workflow you want validated, start with a Probe. If you've already validated it and want production, the Deploy tier is the fit. The Orbit retainer is for teams who want an embedded automation pod for the year. We'll tell you on the intake call which one matches — and we'll say so if none of them do.

Do you bill hourly or on retainer?

We work on fixed-scope projects and monthly retainers — never hourly. Fixed projects include the AI Audit, Pilot, and Deploy tiers. Retainers are for teams who want ongoing automation builds and an embedded pod all year.

What tools and platforms do you work with?

We work across the full automation stack: Make, Zapier, n8n, Activepieces, Python scripts, LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Google Workspace, and any REST API. We pick the right tool for the job — not the one we happen to sell.

How long does a typical project take?

The Probe (single workflow validation) takes 2 weeks. A full Deploy — audit to live automation — runs 4–6 weeks. Complex multi-department rollouts run 8–12 weeks with weekly milestones throughout. We'll give you a hard timeline estimate on the intake call.

Do you provide ongoing support after the project?

Every project ships with 30 days of included support — bug fixes, edge-case handling, and a handoff call. After that, you can continue on a retainer or a pay-per-incident support plan. Most clients roll into a retainer to keep building.

Who owns the code and the IP at the end?

You do. Full stop. On the day we hand off, you own every workflow, script, prompt, and integration we built. We don't lock you into proprietary platforms or retain any license over your automations.
